STMA Rotary Club Contributes More than $10,000 to Local and International Service Projects in 2011

The St. Michael-Albertville Rotary Club is proud to announce that it contributed more than $10,000 to local and international service projects during its 2011-2012 Rotary fiscal year.  
Approximately $7,600 of the club’s contributions were awarded locally and to St. Michael-Albertville School District 885.  This included a $2,200 grant from Rotary District 5950 for improvements to the environmental education trail between Fieldstone Elementary School and St. Michael-Albertville High School.  The STMA Rotary Club’s largest international contribution was $2,000 toward a joint project with the Buffalo and Monticello Rotary Clubs to build a library in Cambodia.
